■Main Job Responsibilities (1) Quantum Computation Theory and Mathematical Research Theoretical research on quantum computing models (gate models, analog quantum computing, etc.) Study on quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum complexity theory Construction and theoretical verification of mathematical and physical models (2) Business Connection of Research Results Organization and hypothesis formulation to connect theoretical results to business themes and use cases Discussion and requirements definition with implementation teams (quantum engineers, software, hardware) Participation in technology roadmap formulation (presenting limitations and possibilities from a theoretical perspective) (3) Research and Development and Intellectual Property Activities Writing papers, presentations at international conferences and workshops Organization of theoretical ideas and extraction of inventions for patent applications Leading the theoretical part in collaborative research (universities, research institutions, companies) (4) Internal and External Communication Technical explanations to management and investors (including for non-experts) Articling the significance and future potential of research themes Accumulation and sharing of internal research culture and theoretical knowledge

What we especially look for in a PhD or postdoctoral fellow
Experience in theoretical research in quantum mechanics, mathematics, and physics.
